How are prices per a message so cheap?
At Evant, we've built relationships with top SMS providers, allowing us to pass the savings down to our customers. Due to our high volume of messages, we receive bulk pricing per message.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time at no extra charge. We do not have yearly contracts or hidden fees that will make it hard to cancel subscriptions.
What is the difference between the feature sets of the Starter & Established Plans?
Between the basic and pro plans, the feature sets are exactly the same. The only difference is the price per message.
After I am onboarded, how quickly can I start sending messages?
Once you are approved to join the platform, you can choose your own dedicated 10-digit phone number and start sending messages right away.
Can I have multiple users on one account?
Yes, you can add unlimited users on to your Evant account by making new subaccounts with dedicated usernames and passwords.
